As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports
• Preparing the daily bookkeeping (General Ledger entries  and subledgers)
• Prepare the data for the VAT filing for the tax team
• Preparation of monthly management reporting together with the team (based on different Gaaps: German Gaap/US Gaap/ IFRS)
• Assisting in ad-hoc requests
• Communication with client  and involved parties like tax team, auditors
• Assisting in payment process
• Providing working documents (interest calculations, re-invoicing spreadsheets)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in accounting
• University degree in Accounting or a related field
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practice; 
• Experience in German Gaap and German VAT rules (ideally also experience in US Gaap/IFRS)
• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communication, both written and spoken, in English and German
• High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
