Audit Officer
Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited (HTLL) is looking for Audit Officer having an experience in manufacturing and production.
The successful candidates are expected to fulfil below mentioned criteria and responsibilities:-

Scope of Responsibility:
- Pre Audit, Post Audit, Policy and Process Documentation, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Data Analysis
- Assist supervisors to plan and conduct internal audit assignments
- Result oriented timely completion of audit assignments
- Identification of risky areas and reporting to supervisor
- Highlighting internal control weaknesses and operational issues
- Physical verification of stocks and fixed assets
- Referring judgmental issues to supervisor and HOD.
- Communicate with other departments for required information
- Conducting onsite assignments, preparing audit clearance documentation and participating in the audit debriefings.
- Maintaining communication lines between supervisor and HODs.
- Review of internal control systems to monitor and to identify loopholes.
- Liaising with Assistant Manager in conducting audit assignments.
- Other tasks as assigned by the AM Audit or the Head of Department.
