AP Specialist wanted in Tempe. The Ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to engage and ask questions as well as work as part of a team.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities

• Process for payment vendor invoices and employee expense reports in compliance with policies and procedures
• Complete the processing and distribute weekly check runs
• Establish and setup new vendor accounts
• Maintain existing vendor accounts
• Verify discrepancies and resolve vendor billing issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Full Cycle AP experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with Sage, Outlook, and QuickBooks
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
