PointOne Recruiting is partnered with a growing construction company located in West Pinellas County, Fl looking for a strong Construction Accountant/Accounting Assistant to assist in running day-to-day accounting operations for the company.

Job Requirements:

Must Have Requirements

• Microsoft Office and above-average excel skills
• AIA Contract Documents including pay applications and project end documents
• Knowledge of construction requirements for pay applications (notice to owners, waivers, certificate of insurance etc.)
• Experience using Quickbooks
• Be able to handle multiple entities on a daily basis
• Must be extremely organized
• 1 plus year of construction accounting experience (required)
