About the Company & Overview of the Role:

Our client is a manufacturing company that has been serving the Baltimore County community for decades. This organization has a great company culture and really empowers their employees to grow personally and professionally.
This position is temporary and does not have a set end date
Hours are typically 9-5 M-F
Pay: $21-25 per hour depending on experience
This position is 100% in office in Hunt Valley, MD

Tasks of the Accounting Assistant:

AP and AR including data entry and reviewing invoices
Paying invoices from the corporate credit card
Invoice filing
Stuffing checks
Light accounting to include bank reconciliations and inputting information into the GL
Obtaining W-9 information from vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of AP and AR experience required
Intermediate Excel skills required
Credit experience is a plus
Background and drug screen required
Knowledge of multiple ERP systems is preferred
