Duties
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices received and creditors statements.
Reconciling accounts payable and processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintaining creditors ageing analysis as well as historical records.
Performing daily banking activities and accurately allocating payments to vendor accounts.
Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Management of all Petty Cash related claims.
Preparing of documentation to be submitted to SARB for all Foreign Related Payments
Requirements
National Diploma in Finance Field
SAP experience
2 Years previous experience in similar role
Package
R15 000 to R17 000 per month neg on experience and qualifications.
