Our client is fast growing and has established itself as the UK market leader in its field.

The business currently has 13 sites with 4-6 additional sites opening in the near future and an impressive, growing turnover.

They are looking for an experienced Management Accountant or Financial Controller to produce accurate and timely reporting for review by the Finance Director and Senior Management team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organised and have excellent leadership skills.

The Management Accountant/Financial Controller will ensure the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively, provide financial analysis and reports and develop both financial and operational staff on business finance issues.

Responsibilities:

Day to day finance operations of the groupManagement and development of the finance teamReporting of weekly and monthly management informationCash flow managementEnsure government compliance in all tasksUse of accounting softwareCandidates with a strong SME or Accountancy Practice background would be preferred.
