An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join an established and successful retail organisation located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated person to join a well-established company and work within a strong and tight knit team. They are flexible with work hours and can offer WFH for the right person after 3 months.
The Role
You will be a part of a driven and fast paced environment focusing on the day-to-day maintenance of various accounting elements including:
Your Profile
You will need recent experience in a similar position, particularly in dealing with high volume environments. You will have the ability to demonstrate a high level of passion, enthusiasm and commitment.

This role is six months temporary with a possibility of permanency thereafter and is due to start immediately. Experience with using Xero is highly desirable.

- Full function accounts payable processing
- Full function accounts receivable processing
- Account reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- End of month closing processes
- Preparation of tax returns and BAS preparation
- General ledger, fixed asset register, profit and loss maintenance
- Ad hoc duties as required
