Premier Wholesaler seeking a permanent Part-time Accounts Payable Officer to join their close-knit and supportive team

The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the successful part-time Accounts Payable Officer will have the necessary skills to perform end-to-end Accounts Payable while working in a team that fosters a positive and dynamic environment. with the duties spread of cross 3-4 days, this role will be best suited to anyone seeking flexible working arrangements.

The Role

The Duties:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable (with the exception of payments)
- Data entry of operations, freight and overseas supplier invoices
- reconciliation of supplier statements
- Matching Purchase Orders
- Manage the AP inbox
- Vendor maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers
- FX hedging (preferred but not essential)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- General finance ad hoc
The right person will possess:
- Positive team player
- Dynamic and driven individual
- Not afraid to ask questions
- 1-3 Years' experience in similar role
- Good ERP Systems and Excel experience
- Great communication skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
- Great time management
- Permanent residency or Australian Citizenship
