European Finance Graduate - 36 months programme

Working in 12-month rotations across the UK and Germany (relocation support included), you will gain the hands-on experience, coupled with funding for your qualifications and will be learning from some of the best in the hospitality industry. Rotations are offered across all Finance disciplines, including Accounting & Reporting, Risk & Compliance, FP&A, Operative and Regional Finance, to cater to the individual development plan of the Graduate and account for the ever-changing needs of a hyper-growth company.

In this role, rotations will begin in the UK but you will have the opportunity to spend up to 12 months in Germany afterward.

About you.

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting & Controlling or similar from a reputable University in UK/Europe. Alternatively, a hospitality degree with solid finance knowledge is welcome. 
• Knowledge or previous work experience completed in Real Estate/Finance/Hospitality through internships or a similar format is desirable.
