A skilled AR officer is needed for a short term temp assignment for a well known organisation in the southern suburbs, starting as soon as next week!

They are looking for a motivated individual with strong accounts receivable knowledge to be based in their offices and work closely with the rest of the finance team over the next couple of months. Parking is provided and there is some flexibility with hours but the need for someone to start immediately is really important!

The role will report to the Accountant and will include:

- Cash receipting

- Manual invoicing

- Debt collection

- Credit applications

- Assisting with reporting including end of month

- Dealing with customers and handling any queries

It is going to be highly important that you possess the skills listed above as well as being deadline driven, self-motivated and flexible in your approach to work. A positive and can-do attitude will equally be necessary to see you excel in the role.
