Job Details
This role will support the Head of Tax with all aspects of compliance, planning and policy. This role will manage the global compliance relationship, be the key first point of contact with the business and provide leadership on all international tax matters within the business. As a subject matter expert on all tax issues, you will be expected to provide both technical and commercial advice to finance, commercial and operational teams.

Description
Work with the Head of Tax and other key decision makers within the business to develop and deliver a robust international tax strategy across the group
Oversight of all direct and indirect tax compliance processes, relationships, and controls
Manage the global transfer pricing process
Support the Head of Tax on M&A, tax audits and any other advisory work
Assist with tax reporting for stat financial statements and forecasting
Act as tax business partner for all business functions
Profile
Qualified Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor - at least 3 years PQE
UK and International tax technical knowledge
Tax accounting knowledge required
Knowledge or experience of post-merger/acquisition integrations would be useful
Knowledge of PE backed businesses would be useful
Familiarity with Alphatax would be useful
