We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Manager on behalf of a well established client in the Darlington area.

As a Purchase Ledger Manager you will:

Take responsibility for increasing the quality and accuracy of all ledger postingsTake responsibility for the quality of the team's work and lead on the day to day management of the team; mentoring, coaching, setting targets and developmentOversee invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and paid in accordance with the agreed payment termsOversee the creation of supplier payment runs and ensuring this, as well as other routines processes, are as efficient as possibleEnsure the accurate and timely resolution of all enquiries from both internal and external sources within their team and ensure relevant parties are updatedBe responsible for supplier maintenance; to keep it updated and accurate at all times by ensuring new suppliers, account amendments and supplier account closures are processed accuratelyEnsure professional and accurate information is communicated to both internal and external sources, within agreed timeframesBe responsible for month-end and year-end reportingTo succeed you will have:
