Accounts receivable controllers, WE NEED YOU!

We are working with an incredible business based in Cambridgeshire who are recruiting into their accounts team.

Are you an accounts receivable controller / accounts receivable manager with experience of working in a large manufacturing business?

The Accounts receivable controller / accounts receivable manager will be a key part of the business success managing a highly skilled accounts receivable clerks.

The accounts receivable controller / accounts receivable manager will be responsible for the AR function as a whole, including invoicing, query resolution, debit note control and cash posting across a range of companies as part of a central services function.

Other duties will include:

• Controlling the invoicing schedule and ensuring all daily invoicing is complete
• Managing depots, branches, and currencies on accounts
• Monthly review of ledger and query resolution
• Reconciliation of AR accounts and general housekeeping
• Reduce aged debt
• Reduce and resolve outstanding debit note and other queries
• Liaising with internal and external customers
• Ensure all month end processes are completed on time and in full
