Job Description:New Business Development: Marketing of insurance products to all clients in the designated key account through a holistic value propositionAttend weekly sales meeting and any other meetings called by the Sales DirectorTelephone and cross quote to all prospective clients on a daily basisFinancial Literacy education of clientsCold calling of clients Relationship Management: Generate and maintain business relationship with Clients and lead providers alikeProvide ongoing service and support to your client base Compliance and Portfolio Management: Ensure that all information and documentation required for the issuing of policies is obtained from the client and to ensure that all policy documentation is completely and accurately filled out and uploaded on the systemAttend to maintaining the continuous and updated relationship with the clients in your portfolio, including but not limited to the attendance on revisions of cover and/or renewals of policiesEnsure that all the relevant information required to accurately render quotations is obtainedTracking and reporting of your key activities that lead to business conversionMaintaining and tracking client relationships to ensure business retentionAdminister basic policy and claims administration at sourceInherent Requirements:Must have earned a minimum of R300 000 in production commission in the last 12 months and must be able to provide commission statements to corroborate thatA minimum of one years experience as a financial advisorOwn reliable vehicle and valid drivers licenseRE and FAIS will be an advantageMatric / Grade 12We will be made exceptionally happy if...You have proven success in the long term insurance industryYou have your full insurance qualification (RE and Fais credits)
