Vaco is working with a client in the Northwest Phoenix area that is looking for an experienced Construction Accountant for a long-term contract project. The scope of work includes cleanup and project management of their construction loan draw process.

Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong understanding of construction loan draw process
• Ability to commit to project length
