The firm has both specialist and generalist client offerings from selection & review of systems, implementations, project management, business process improvements, and employ both accountants and developers to offer complete solutions.

Your New Role
As a systems accountant, you will be a crucial member of the team and work directly with the client's accounting & IT teams to deliver high quality projects. Enjoy working from the office, remotely, and client site as required (though being Perth based is essential). You will drive systems performance to ensure each client gets maximum value on their investment (ERP System, Budgeting/Forecasting, Reporting an BI tools). You will also be involved in projects to help process improvement, streamline processes, add value through your experience working in corporate roles.

Your Background
You offer the trifecta of skills of high performing systems accountants - solid accounting/business acumen, a passion and talent for systems, and excel at stakeholder engagement with non-technical professionals. As systems come and go, your ability to demonstrate your contributions during successful implementations, process improvements, and projects is most important (more important than the product). Ideally you are a qualified CA/CPA with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. You are considering a change out of month end accounting and into something more systems related, and can still have an upward career path. Alternatively, you may be the go-to person for systems where you are, and would like to try the consulting lifestyle - working on interesting projects, across a variety of companies and industries.
