Job Details
Reporting into the Finance Director in the UK and Director in India, this role provides financial analysis across the business.
Key responsibilities are:
- Balance sheet Recs for multiple companies including Intercompany accounts, and relating analysis
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Fixed Asset Recs
- Monthly Cost Variance analysis against budget, and forecast
- KPI and Trend Analysis.
- Striving to automate or simplify processes
- Monthly project financial Analysis
- Support the business with Ad Hoc tasks
Candidate Should have :
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Financial Analyst/Management Accountant is essential.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant accounting qualification (CIMA etc)
- Good commercial awareness and business acumen
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Pivots & Lookups)
- Working knowledge of Business Central would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Jira would be an advantage
- An eye for detail, commercially minded and passionate about adding value
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities/deadlines
- Works without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Must be fluent in English, and have excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, committed.
