The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
- Assisting with the month-end process which includes reconciling accounts
- Daily cash flow reporting
- Tracking of investments and reporting
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements
- Other duties as required
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Prior experience in an SME Environment in a similar Accounts Officer role
- Understanding of accounting concepts and fundamentals
- A flexible, positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Experience in Microsoft Nav would be highly beneficial
