A Leading Construction Company client are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
The Company

Our client is a dynamic construction company with over 50 years of combined experience in the commercial, retail and industrial construction sectors driven by a passion to satisfy its clients, located in West Ryde.

The Role

• Reconcile supplier invoices, claims and statements
• Chasing up outstanding invoices
• Filter account emails & responding to account enquiries
• Data entry & set up of new jobs, suppliers and subcontractors
• Weekly reporting & payruns

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 4 years accounts payable experience
• Cheops experience highly regarded
• Experience liaising with sub contractors and understanding of statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail & exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
