My client is a Business Management Consultancy that specialise in offering technical expertise to various professional service businesses throughout London. They are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Description
Accounts Assistant
Roles and duties:
- Processing invoices
- Raising invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintenance of the AP inbox
- Gaining approval for payments
- Dealing with queries suppliers
- Weekly payment runs
- Debtor and creditor reconciliations
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Immediately available
- Have good working knowledge of Xero
- Must be confident with all aspects of AP and AR
- Happy to travel into the City of London
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be paid £12-15 per hour (inc. holiday pay).
