Due to further expansion, we are seeking an experienced & dedicated Bookkeeper who is happy to both cover standard book-keeping requirements, but also assist with daily employee/client Data Administration to assist our friendly,productive team.

This position reports to the Company Accountant ensuring support as to end-to-end booking, payroll, employer compliance, client/candidate file, data management within various systems & SharePoint, etc E.g MYOB/Fastrack 365/one drives.

About the role: The main duties required but not limited to
  • Employee & client MYOB Card file entry
  • FASTRACK 360 experience well-received (not a must)
  • End to End Bookkeeping experience
  • Payroll, Invoicing, Reconciliation experience
  • Client & candidate card file management
  • Data entry, filing,
  • Client Credit checks
  • Workers' compensation payroll compliance
  • Payroll, Superannuation, set up
  • Accounts receivable, reconsiliations
  • Onboarding of employees
  • Basic understanding of FWA Awards/EBA wages would be beneficial (not a must)
  • Assisting Accounts department & Directors with reports

Skills and Experience: In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued
  • MYOB experience is a must
  • FASTTRACK 360 experience well-received (not a must)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Large payroll process experience
  • Time billable > invoice > payroll experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate data transfers, ability to multi-task
  • Confident, friendly, dedicated
  • Outstanding communication (written & verbal)
  • Team player, proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to establish & foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Previous recruitment administration, HR, Business Admin (well-received)
  • Basic IT & systems knowledge
  • Previous experience servicing Mining/Engineering/Defence industries
  • Previous workers compensation payroll experience
  • Solid work ethic
  • Willingness to adapt & learn new processes & systems.
