We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager to provide financial, administrative and clerical support and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. The Accounts Receivable Manager performs a wide variety of difficult, sensitive and confidential financial support functions.

Overview of the role - Accounts Receivable Manager:



    Post payments to customer accounts
    Journal entries
    Account reconciliations
    Research and review customer remittances and deductions to assist with accurate cash application.
    Provide deduction management
    Reconcile open invoices and payments, research differences and request paybacks on unauthorized deductions.
    Establish regular communication of appropriate accounts receivable information with the Credit Manager.
    Effectively communicate accounts receivable information in written or oral formats to all levels of management and the sales team.
    Perform collections of assigned accounts.

    Preferred Qualifications - Accounts Receivable Manager:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the essential functions.


      Have 3+ years experience in accounting position.
      Strong JE experience
      Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
      Excellent attendance, hardworking and dependable.
      Must be a fast learner, self-starter
      Excellent customer service skills.
