The Junior Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payables, processing invoices through the bank weekly
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable, follow up w/customers on past due balances, print and sent statements
- Data entry
- Assist with payroll and month-end close process
Qualifications of the Junior Accountant:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or pursuing degree preferred
- Full understanding of debits, credits, and financial statements
