We are seeking a pro-active and friendly Bookkeeper to work for our client in the hospitality industry. Based in the Southern Suburbs, for an ongoing temporary basis, with view to go permanent for the right person.
The Role
- Full function Accounts Payable duties, processing an average of 250 invoices per week
- End to end Payroll processing, for 150 employees on a fortnightly basis, including payroll tax and superannuation.
- Accounts Receivable duties, reconciling to the GL, liaising with clients to clear outstanding debt.
- Processing of journal entries, and profit and loss balance sheet reports.
- Assisting with month-end processes.
- Bank statement and credit card reconciliations.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years in a similar position, ideally with exposure to SAP (not essential.)
- Demonstrated experience in AP, AR, and Payroll duties.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
