Description
Management and development for a team of 4 people
Oversee the external audit, review and analyse results and recommend for approval the audited financial statements
Oversee the preparation of the year-end consolidated management accounts and full audit information pack
Lead and manage all aspects of global taxation
Maintain revenue forecasting and detailed cash flow forecasts
Drive high quality balance sheet reporting and control
Lead and manage process and control improvements for all areas of responsibility
Managing all UK and global statutory reporting requirements together with transactions
Profile
Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA
Strong technical knowledge to support statutory accounts preparation (audit background an advantage)
Experience of people management
International company experience/exposure, plus being able to demonstrate a focus on delivery
