Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial statements and month end reports
• Maintain cash flow statement
• Maintain and update internal annual forecast/budget file
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time by the CFO, Controller or Manager
• Participate in the development of financial analysis and ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new technologies
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to comprehend instructions and work independently as well as on a team
