CHIEF OF STAFF

The CHIEF OF STAFF will be a key part of the continued success of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting, financial strategies, as well as being a resource and trust voice in HR and business development. The candidate that will prosper in this role will be smart, dedicated, customer service driven, and willing to think outside of the box!

What will the CHIEF OF STAFF do?

Act as an advisor and confidant to the CEO and executive team
Manage priorities: calendar audits, review and synthesize metrics/ initiatives to support company priority setting
Oversee staff/internal operations
Create decision-making frameworks (HR, Sales, Accounting)
Spearhead special projects
Improve systems, procedures, and efficiencies (HR, Sales, Accounting)
Full charge bookkeeping, AP/AR, Client billing
Reporting of financials to outside CPA firm

What we are looking for in the CHIEF OF STAFF:

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Customer Service minded professional with a desire to strategically grow the organization
Proven ability to build relationships and offer top notch service to internal team and external clients
Background working in a professional services environment such as law firm, CPA firm, marketing/advertising agency or similar industry
3+ years administrative accounting experience (bookkeeping)
