Accounts Assistant

Temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant for a Global Shipping business

A global shipping business based in Victoria is keen to hire an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis within their transactional finance team. This role is working from home until the new year and should then be a hybrid role.

Your duties will include:

• Accounts payable
• Assisting with payment runs
• Resolving supplier queries
• Accounts receivable
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc finance task

You will need to be immediately available and have experience within a similar role. Ideally you'd also have exposure of multi entity accounting. It would be a bonus if you had experience of Sun system or shipping.
