Weekly list of invoices to be paid by Check/ACH or AMEX Bank: Deposits, positive pay, ACH payment Bank Reconciliations Preparing 1099 statements Journal entries - accruals and monthly allocations Qtrly Reports: Sales Tax Fixed Asset - acquisitions and disposals; running depreciation Experience using EXCEL MS DYNAMICS - GREAT PLANES a huge plus!
