**Purpose Statement**
To support the Head: Projects with:
* Managing the costing of branch construction and/or refurbishment within a specific geographical area to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, timelines and budget
* All required administrative related support
**Experience**
Minimum:
* At least 3 years cost accountancy, business management and project management experience in a building/construction/refurbishment environment
**Qualifications (Minimum)**
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting - Financial Accounting
* Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
**Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)**
**Knowledge**
Minimum:
Knowledge of:
* Project management
* Production planning/logistics
* Building/construction methods/materials/regulations
* Financial Management
* Budgeting & reporting
* Audit requirements
* Accounting principles
