Barko Financial Services is seeking to recruit a competent, dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate for a position as Branch Manager, sharing our BFS vision, mission and values. Also to deliver excellent client service that will exceed our customer's expectations. The suitable candidate is required to deliver quality service to our clients within the branch by:
• assisting clients with general queries,
• general administrative duties,
• daily balancing of cashbooks,
• managing staff.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (Both written and verbal)
* Excellent people skills
* Applicants must have experience in running a branch as a Branch Manager
* Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable, Hard Working and a Good Team Player
* Must be a pro-active thinker, have the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Good administration skills
* Problem solver
* Excellent ability to coach and train fellow staff members
* Flexible and willing to relocate as needed
* Living near the above mentioned area
