Responsibilities for Multistate Accounting Analyst:

Handle all aspects of A/R, including invoicing clients, uploading to vendor systems, and working closely with clients to ensure A/R Collections are flowing smoothly, reporting is up to date, and adding payments received to QuickBooks.
Handle all A/P and related tasks (incoming vendor bills, approvals for bills, W-9's, Preparation of Form 1099's at EOY)
Maintain Cash Flow Spreadsheet with current with invoices & expenses paid/invoiced each week for reporting and for monthly Board Meetings.
Track unbilled expenses and coordinate with Project Managers to bill clients and update QBs as billing occurs
Track all fixed assets in QuickBooks Fixed Asset lists for annual Property Tax Renditions
Reconcile Bank Accounts and Corporate Credit Cards Monthly.
Generate and maintain accounting support documents & policies as requested/needed
Train new employees in Expense Report Software
Ability to document new tasks associated with accounting as changes in software or processes are changed
Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
Electronic filing of all Accounting documents (bills, State notices, emails for permanent documentation) in SharePoint Filing System, following existing naming convention

Responsibilities for Accounting Analyst:

3+ years of multistate payroll experience
3+ years of recent GL accounting experience
Attention to detail required
Expensify is a PLUS
QuickBooks experience is required
