What The Staff Accountant Will Do

Bank reconciliations, Analyze and post journal entries to the GL
Assisting with preparing financial statement packages for assigned entities
Review and analyze A/R and A/P to ensure they are coded and recorded accurately
Assisting with month end close, also accruals and prepaids

What The Company Needs In a Staff Accountant

2+ years of Accounting experience
Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business is preferred but not required
Must have a good understanding of Debts and Credits
Property management or multiple entity experience is a plus
Self-driven, dependable, eager to learn, ability to meet deadlines
Good communicator, ability to multitask
Intermediate in Excel
