Director of Finance

Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Develop financial models to maximize category expansion, price competitiveness, customer experience.
Create and operationalize product P&L's, allocation methodologies, per unit economics.
Build and execute financial and operational plans (outputs, inputs) across product categories and channels.
Support vendor negotiations, selection decision frameworks, merchandising, deals and promotions.
Demonstrate high judgement - clearly articulating financial and operational risks and opportunities.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

Accredited Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting required; additional undergraduate study, certifications, and related leadership experience may be considered in substitution
10 or more years of related experience required; at least 3 years of Director level experience required
Preferred experience in multi-location retail environment
