We are growing! One of the most exciting aspects of our growth is the ongoing development of our internally built collections software and public facing customer websites. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst as we continue to expand our team and software capabilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

About the Role:

  • Working with executive stakeholders to build business requirements for key initiatives

  • Elicit, analyse and evaluate business requirements

  • Facilitate solutioning sessions with technical and business stakeholders

  • Breakdown solution designs into manageable deliverables such epics, features & user stories

  • Assist with prioritising business requirements

  • Assist the Project Manager with building release plans

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for business and process improvement, cost savings and improved efficiency

  • Evaluate and document established processes

  • Assist in hiring, mentoring and managing other BA staff as we grow our team



you will bring:

  • A proven ability to develop positive trusted working relationships and assist with stakeholder management

  • An ability to collaborate and liaise with business users and technologists to convey and interpret requirements

  • Ability to think outside the box and a passion for delivering results while balancing conflicting priorities

  • An ability to produce high quality, clear and concise requirements documentation

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst working in an Agile environment

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps
