The Company

We are excited to partner with two fantastic WA companies that are looking for an experienced Management Accountant each. We have one role that is looking for someone who is immediately available for a 12 month FTC and the other opportunity is a Permanent position.

The Role

Both opportunities will be reporting to the Finance Manager of respected companies and both roles will provide accurate & timely reporting, financial & accounting support, analysis and insight to senior leaders within the Operations business unit.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned month-end reporting & reconciliation tasks
• Provide financial support, analysis and insight to the organisation's Operations division
• Support the financial year-end close and interact with auditors
• Support the quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide input to business process changes from a financial perspective
• Participate in Group projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Skills and experience:

• A tertiary degree in accounting or similar
• Completion, or working towards completion of CA or CPA qualification
• Committed and energetic
• Positive & proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently & effectively in a team environment
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Advanced excel skills
