The client

A well known and immediately recognisable global organisation in the mining and resources sector who boast a collaborative and fast paced environment with ongoing opportunities for contracting staff with the right skill.

The role

Working within a team of 4, you will be responsible for the following activities across 3 sites located both in Australia and Internationally
  • Accounts Payable
  • Payment runs domestic and foreign
  • Forecasting in all currencies
  • Processing invoices in our Readsoft Cockpit AP system
  • Credit Card Administration
  • General Ledger posting and clearing
  • Verify of invoices through Readsoft and making sure invoices don't fail

While the role has a variety of activities, you will mainly be processing Payment runs, verifying and forecasting.

About you

To be considered for interview you will have
  • Recent experience working in an Accounts Payable role within the mining and minerals sector
  • Excellent SAP Accounts knowledge
  • Knowledge of Readsoft would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work from home
  • Available for an immediate start & have rights to work in Australia
  • Able to undergo a Police, Drug & Alcohol testing

With an immediate start training across the operational procedures will be provided and interviews held next week.
