An opportunity to combine Financial Accounting, forecasting, reporting and analysis with business partnering, operations and people development. A 6 month opportunity to work with a fast growing market leader based in Reading.

Description
The key responsibilities include;
- To manage monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end process
- To ensure the finance team meets deadlines
- Provide day to day financial support to the CFO
- Accurately forecast on a rolling basis
- Work with shareholders and vendors to improve and maintain processes, systems and controls
