A well established West Wales firm that has grown significantly over the last 3 years and is now and upwardly mobile, multi office organisation. Very focused on client engagement and use of technology, they are a great business for someone looking to grow their responsibilities. Due to this growth, they are looking for an Accountancy Practice manager for their Carmarthen office.

Your new role
Supported by the Lead Partner, you will be the technical lead for the office and also manage all client relationships. You'll still complete some technical work yourself, as well as mentoring and developing the other members of the team. The main focus will be on the relationships with the clients and providing advisory support.

What you'll need to succeed
A qualified Accountant with experience of managing a client portfolio in a fast paced Practice environment.
