Your new company

Your new company sits within the creative industries, growing and developing, now seeking an experienced Finance and Office Manager to join their passionate and dedicated team on a Part Time contract.

This role will involve mainly remote working with meet ups in the Lancaster meeting space as required to meet the aims of the business.

This is a Part Time role (3-4 days ideally) This role would suit an Accounts professional looking for an interesting and challenging role, but also in pursuit of securing a good work life balance...

Your new role

Your new role will involve managing all of the day to day finance and administration of the business. This involves invoicing, payroll, HR admin, and also getting involved in project accounting, management accounting, budgeting & forecasting etc. You will be the main point of contact at the business internally and externally for financial queries and will form part of the management team.

This is such an exciting and rewarding role that would suit an AAT Qualified or QBE Bookkeeper seeking an exciting new role. It would also suit a qualified or chartered professional looking for a rewarding role, local to home, that will allow you to add value, whilst also benefitting from a good work life balance.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to demonstrate a track record of thriving in a similar varied Finance based office role. You will ideally be AAT qualified or studying towards a chartered qualification - chartered accountants are also encouraged to apply. You will be hands on when it comes to transactional finance and have the ambition to support at a more senior level with management accounting. Experience of working as an Office Manager is also desirable and this role would cover most of the senior Administrative duties within the organisation.

What you'll get in return
