The Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Risk Officer, the Senior Risk Manager will play a key role in supporting the accountability for the risk function across the business. This role will require effective business partnering to also be a true, commercial business partner.
Responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Support senior management to meet all risk management responsibilities and obligations
- Development and implementation of enhanced risk frameworks
- Enhancing the risk culture and identifying opportunities to increase risk awareness
- Business partnering to ensure effective communication of risk requirements
- Be involved in high-profile strategic risk projects working with the executive team
Your Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in evaluating and developing risk frameworks to industry and APRA standards. This candidate will need to be an engaging individual, able to build relationships across the business and act as a true risk advisor and business partner.
