We are looking for a responsible and efficient person to manage day to day accounting & finance operations and to provide high level of visibility to senior management.

Functional Area: Accounts Officer

Education: B.Com/ BSc. Accounting and Finance/ ACCA/ ACMA/ M.Com/ CA inter

Job Location: Karachi, initial training at Chakwal, Chakwal Steel for 1 month

Requirement: Resident of Chakwal with flexibility to relocate to Karachi will be given preference

Experience Required: 3- 5 Years

Job Description

• Checking authenticity of invoices and preparing vouchers for authorization
• Independently manage and ensure proper bookkeeping/account reconciliation
• Monthly closing and reconciliation of Cash & Bank
• Maintaining bills and invoice related to project
• Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
• Generating and interpreting financial records in order to set and administer budgets
• Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form
• Responsible to deal with all the accounts of the organization and its affiliated projects
• Producing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents
• Other Accounts and Finance related work as assigned by senior management
