Finance Director

My client is working exclusively with Hays, and is looking to recruit a Finance Director to head up this rapidly expanding new business venture. Working closely with the Managing Director your initial brief will be to establish the Finance function as the organisation cuts ties with its parent company. You will recruit your own team and put in robust financial systems and procedures to facilitate the rapid growth of this company that is niche in its sector.

To succeed in this role you must be able to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the day to day accounting but at the same time able to establish yourself strategically. This is a first class opportunity to join an exciting new business at the forefront of its sector as it starts its journey.
