Your new role
Leading the Finance team into the future, looking at resources, task allocation, planning and strategy to deliver an exceptional commercial performance, this role is ideal for you as an ambitious, resilient and robust multi tasker with a real passion for change. You will be responsible for all budgetary controls, business performance analysis and cost accounting as well as co-ordinating the work of the finance team to meet statutory accounting requirements for the organisation's divisions and partner companies. You will lead on internal and external audit requirements and attend audit committee as required, as have significant input on financial reporting improvements and underlying systems
This is a role where your leadership, strategic and commercial skills will be utilised on a day to day basis. As the Head of Finance your remit will be to prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure that as you work closely and collaboratively with Exec stakeholders, you are positioning the organisiation to make well-informed decisions to ensure future financial stability, growth and profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role your capabilities from a financial perspective will be wide ranging and technically robust, and your ability to lead a team through change is essential.

With demonstrable skills in the establishment of systems and processes to build upon and improve reporting mechanisms, to allow financial and performance management across the organisational structures in addition to company level reporting. You will be confident in providing professional judgment on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance.
