Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a role with variety supporting the dealership services. Located: south eastern suburbs/Mornington, VIC

The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and professional individual to join this growing business.

This role involves a range of accounts and administration tasks that will either be directly involved in or support the team. The role requires prior dealership experience in:

• Reconciling various accounts
• Accounts payable & receivables
• Processing manufacture claims
• Ensuring compliance with all government & manufactures requirements
• Deal processing
• Weekly administration reporting
• Bank reconciliation/payroll duties/stock control

Successful candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Dealership experience required
• Close attention to detail, following and maintain processes
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Accounting qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• You must have proven experience in similar roles
• Police Check is required for this position
