Fast growing Company Actively hiring under current conditions Tax reporting
Intuitive Recruitment is currently recruiting a technically strong accountant with 3+ years of experience to join their practice, working on a large existing client list that includes several outstanding businesses, HNW's, and listed companies.

The firm is essentially looking for a full or part CA qualified Accountant to work in their tax team as they continue to grow the size of their practice that currently stands at 15 staff.

Role and responsibilities:

• Handling complex compliance work including but not limited to preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, and SMSF's.
• Managing and reviewing BAS, CGT, and FBT.
• Conducting tax planning face to face with clients requiring exceptional communication skills.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts, researching tax matters where required, and assisting in the preparation of annual client budgets.
• Liaising with and building relationships with clients, the ATO, and other bodies as relevant and required.
• Providing advice to a large and varied client base.
• Managing and monitoring staff performance and reviews and conducting training sessions.

The Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Hold at least 3+ years of recent Australian tax and business services experience
• Experience using accounting systems including Xero Tax and Practice Manager, Class Super, and the ATO Portal
• CA/CPA qualified or closing in on completion
• Experience dealing directly with clients is essential
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Have had exposure to large clients with multiple entities and structures with most clients turnover over $100m
