The Role
Reporting to the National Payroll Manger and sitting in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment you will be responsible for:

• Full Function end to end Payroll
• Processing attendance records
• Calculation of termination and redundancy payments
• Leave calculations including parental, long service, annual, sick & workers comp etc.
• Perform data entry of time sheets
• EBA interpretation
• Ad-hoc reports for management/human resources as requested

The Candidate
The right candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Officer and will possess:

• Experience interpreting multiple awards/agreements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong MS Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems
• Good multitasking skills and proactive work attitude
• Experience with Chris 21 and Kronos Desirable
