Job Responsibilities:
- Client administration where required
- End-to-end bookkeeping and statutory reporting
- Full-function AR / AP / Bank Reconciliations
- Liaising with external accountants
- Manage and process payroll, including statutory reporting
- Providing timely and high quality communicating to new and existing clientele
- Accurate supplier invoice processing
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping
- Experience with maintaining and cultivating client relations is essential
- Direct experience within Trades and Construction Industries
- Must have excellent working knowledge of XERO
- Highly organized and ability to multitask
- Capable of operating with minimal of direction and supervision
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
