The Client Service Associate (“CSA”) works with Relationship Managers and Partners to service existing and new client relationships with an emphasis in the areas of tax preparation and planning. financial and estate planning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual, trust, gift, corporate, and foundation tax returns and projections.
  • Prepare tax projections, estimated payments, and other necessary tax planning.
  • Research and respond to tax notices.
  • Review estate documents including wills, trusts, and insurance policies.
  • Prepare estate flow charts.
  • Prepare for client meetings and client proposals.
  • Prepare client communications including e-mail, telephone, and written correspondence.
  • Participate in and document client meetings and follow-up

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Gather information to analyze and prepare comprehensive financial plans.
  • Assist with account maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • 2- 5 years+ of experience in financial services or accounting.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who is motivated, analytical, organized, team oriented and able to handle multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with wealth management software desired (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.)
